For Audio Vizual Files
First, you will need to have a good Audio/Vizual Player.
My favorite, simple, no hassel player is the VLC media player 0.9.6
Others are RealPlayer, WimAmp and MS Win Media.
Here is a list of a whole lot of Players and Help Files.
You can then copy the URL and paste it into a player.
Down Loading From A Web Site
Everybodies computer is configured differently,
each browser is different.  This is quick and easy way, if supported:
Right Click the Link.
Then Click "Save Link Target As:" into a temporary folder

I am always getting these kind of wmv files,
but no one knows how they get them off the web.
I got mine in eMail, I scanned them for virus,
then uploaded them to my server.
However, I couldn't download them.
My solution - to use my FTP software.
This is a program that can be obtained from  GetRight.com 
(Get the "Trial" (free) version. 
It will pester you to purchase, but you don't have to!)
Next, you copy the URL
(ie:  Rockwell-Trainer-Gobbledygook.wmv)
and paste it into GetRight, and it will download it for you.
NOW - if anyone can tell me how do you get your WMV files off the web,
I would appreciate it.
