In my case, it was a four page letter that I wrote to Judge Daffron, in 1988.
I couldn't ever remember that I wrote it, until I saw it at trial.
On page three was one sentence, which the prosecution said showed intent.
I had to plead guilty in order to avoid a longer sentence. (Another way to force convictions.) |
